Partner's virtual meeting

On 6th April, the project team were scheduled to meet in Nicosia, Cyprus for their second transnational meeting. The interruption of the Covid-19 crisis meant that this meeting could not proceed; therefore, we had to be creative to overcome this issue. Like many others, we decided to go "online" to meet.

Regular partner meeting by WhatsApp

The partners have held monthly meetings by WhatsApp. This has proved to be a successful means for providing partner updates and asking questions and the medium means that there is a written record of the discussion and actions agreed.  This is particularly useful if a partner is unavoidably delayed or unable to attend the meeting.
